STAR COUNSELING (Services To At-Risk Youth)
Counseling services are available to children, youth, and their families ages 0-17 years. Counseling includes parenting-skills training for adults, as well as anger-management classes for youth. Crisis services are available 24-hours a day at no cost to the child, youth or their family in the following counties:
