TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM (TLP) & Transition Drop-In Center provides residential housing and supportive services for homeless youth and young adults ages 16-22 years.  Project FUTURE has apartments located in the city of Killeen, Bell County Texas.  Participation is voluntary and services include:

  • Transitional Living Program Apartments

  • Education (GED completion, special skills training)

  • Job readiness training

  • Independent living skills training

  • Employment Training & Assistance

  • Transportation (public bus system)

  • Case management

  • Education enrollment assistance

  • Crisis Intervention

  • Emergency grocery assistance

  • Referral Services

  • Laundry Facilities

  • On-the-job (OJT) Training
