PROJECT F.U.T.U.R.E.

(Focuses Upon Training, Utilizition of Resources, and Employment)

This project is a Transitional Living Program for youth and young adults ages 16-21 years.  Project FUTURE has apartments located in the city of Killeen, Bell County Texas.  Participation is voluntary and services include:

• Transitional Living Program Apartments

• Education (GED completion, special skills training)

• Job readiness training

• Independent living skills training

• Employment Assistance

• Transportation (public bus system)

• Casemanagement

• Independent Living Program Apartments

Project F.U.T.U.R.E. also operates a Transition Resource Center located in Belton Texas.  The Transition Resource Center offers the following services to youth who are or have been in the Texas Foster Care system:

• Education (GED completion, special skills training)

• Transportation

• Computer & Internet Access

• Washer/Dryer

• Kitchen

• Mail drop

• Casemanagement

• Information and Referral
